Easy to use the PDF. The first page tells you which words to fill in and it fills out most of the rest of the pages with your inputs on the first page. The only thing I wish was for more of the food card pages to customize. You can get around this by saving a copy of the PDF and only printing those pages in the second copy. It's just a pain that it can't all be in the same PDF. Pro tip for printing: Office Max online formatted things so I went in to get it printed. I saved a text file with the pages I wanted prints of (ie. 2,4,6-10,12) on my flash drive with the pdf and they were able to copy that into Adobe reader and print. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.
