If you are from the UK, I may be able to accept personal cheques - however please contact me in the first instance before placing an order.

All goods are shipped once monies have been received and cleared, this includes Paypal e-Cheques and UK personal cheques.

I do appreciate payment being sent immediately, however I will allow 3 days before I send a polite reminder. If you are unable to send payment within 3 days, please let me know ASAP. I may be able to hold the item for a few days if you are awaiting funds but this will be at my discretion.

[CANCELLATION]
If I have not received payment within 5 days and you have not contacted me to explain or responded to any reminders, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

If you purchase an item and send payment, then decide to cancel the order before it has been shipped for whatever reason I will send back a refund, less the fees I have incurred.

Orders will be dispatched within the time frames listed , this varies from item to item as some pieces require a lot more work . If I am able to make and ship it sooner always will.

I will send a message when the parcel has been posted. If there are any delays for whatever reason I shall inform you immediately.

[UK CUSTOMERS]
I ship all parcels via standard Royal Mail and get a Proof of Postage receipt. If you would like your parcel to be sent with tracking I can send it Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, please let me know before paying as there will be an additional cost to cover this.

[INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS]
Please note I am based in the UK but I am happy to ship to international customers worldwide. (Please see below regarding custom and duty fees).

To keep prices low I send most of my parcels Airmail without priority or tracking (unless specified in my product description), please note that parcels can take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination.

[DELIVERY OF "MADE TO ORDER" ITEMS]
For any custom made items or Made to Order, the delivery window can be longer depending on stock levels and timescale to make the item. When you request a custom item, I will inform you of the ETA regarding delivery.

NB: Please note on all custom order, payment is required before I start working. I will not take on a custom order without payment. (For details about cancelling and refunds for a custom order, please see my Refund section)

[LOST IN TRANSIT]
For all items sent I do get a Proof of Postage. If an item is lost in transit, please contact me in the first instance – as per Royal Mail requirements, we may need to wait a specific amount of time before it is considered lost.

Once this length of time has passed if the item has not arrived, I will replace your item, no refund will be given . I will then contact Royal Mail to claim back the loss. Please note Royal Mail may contact you to confirm the order was placed and confirm the delivery address.

[CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTY FEE]
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Any customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs etc that you might incur at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your own country's tax regulations and are collected by your own country.

I cannot pay for these charges nor refund you for them, legally you are the importer and are responsible for any custom/tax or duty fees that your country charge

Please make sure you check with your local customs agency if you want more information before placing an order. Always make sure you are aware of any import laws and charges you may incur before ordering.

All my parcels are checked personally by me before being well wrapped. All items come from a smoke-free house.

If you require your item gift wrapped then this is available at a small extra cost, please message before ordering .

[SHIPPING COST]
I do always try and keep my shipping costs down. However if shipping costs are more than £2 over what is actually charged, I will refund the difference.

[ADDRESSES]
I will post the item to the Paypal / Etsy address given, if you pay by a different method then please make sure you supply the correct address on your order. I will sometimes contact buyers to confirm the address. If I do not hear from you by the time I am meant to post the parcel, I will send to the address supplied.

Please always check the address as if the parcel does not arrive because you failed to supply the correct address, I cannot offer a refund.

[PHOTOS]
I do always try and include clear colour photos however colour differences can occur due to different monitor settings. If you have a question about the colour / shade of any product please contact me before you purchase.

[REGARDING CUSTOM MADE ITEMS]
If you require a custom made item by a certain day as a present for example, please send me a conversation in the first instance to check that the item can be made and shipped within the allotted time frame. Chasing me after the fact is a pressure I would rather not suddenly have.

Also, once an item has been shipped I no longer have any control over it. In this case I cannot give any guarantees for when it will arrive. It is always better to order an item from me in good time to allow for unforeseen circumstances in transport.

Before the final custom order is made it will need to be ordered and paid for in full. I do not offer refunds on custom made items.

All costs incurred when custom orders are changed will be passed to the buyer.
