No. All crochet patterns PDF's are digital download delivery and do not include any physical items. You will receive a download link after completed purchase in your Etsy associated email. You can also access them at any time after purchase under the purchase and review section of your Etsy profile when logging into Etsy from a web browser.

I am primarily a pattern designer, however I do restock select handcrafted critters when I am able to throughout the year. These items are already created at time of listing and cannot be changed or customized. I will often announce these shop drops on social media and in my newsletter! Join my mailing list to be notified when these events happen. Custom Commission are not available. I ship to USA locations only.

Messages are best and will be replied and seen quicker than email. I try to respond as quickly as I can and is often within a few hours, however please allow 24 hours for a response during the week and 48 hours for weekends and/or holidays.

Upon completed purchase, Etsy automatically sends an email with a download link to access your purchased patterns directly. This email can sometimes land in spam folders due to filtering.
Anytime after purchase you can log back in to etsy via any web browser (**This has to be through an internet browser such as chrome or safari, it will not work through the mobile app itself.) You can find your purchased files under your purchase and review section within your profile at the top right of your screen.
If you are still unable to locate it, please contact me with your invoice order # and I will get it sent to you as soon as I can.

Due to the non returnable nature of digital download items, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure that you ensure that you have the correct pattern or have selected the handmade item listing before checking out.
Please note: I do not always have handmade items available, and I do not take custom commissions at this time. If you do not see a listing for a handmade version of the one that you would like it is because it is currently unavailable. Purchasing a pattern version will not secure a handmade item.

• Handmade items are made by me in my smoke free/ cat friendly home. Care is taken to prevent contamination, however those with allergies please be aware.
• We ship USPS First Class on Tuesdays and Fridays to USA Locations only. This means, for example, a purchase made on a Thursday evening will ship the next day (Friday), however a purchase made Friday evening will not ship until the following Tuesday.
• Delivery will take an additional 2-5 business days once shipped for the USPS to deliver to you.
• Please check that your address is correct before purchasing as I will be shipping to the address given at time of purchase.
