Originally when I bought this I thought it came with multiple pieces and planned to hang it on the wall. When I received the item and realized each individual octagon is sold alone we decided to make it into a bed on the ground for the time being and my kitty absolutely loves it and it definitely matched the modern aesthetic of our home! Eventually I would love to get a few more and hang them on the wall when I can fit it in the budget but either way I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a modern / nice looking cat tree!

So much care and attention to detail has been made making these units. I went for one with no cover, one with a porthole, and one with the perspex. They arrived after being made to order, and were so well packed, all items in perfect condition. Denys and his team really couldn't have done more to help me make the right decision for my home. Its was Customer Service at is very best, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this for your cats - you can see the what you are paying for, and its worth it. The units are sturdy and well made, all the joints are tight and the finish is perfect. THANK YOU DENYS AND TEAM, you have made me and my cats very happy (Pic to follow once they ahem been fitted to the wall, and we are no longer in lockdown - hoping that wont be too long).

Order Preparation

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

Shipping & Delivery time & Delays

It takes at least 10-18 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-18 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-25 business days.

International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
