Please ensure all personalisation details are submitted using the text fields when placing your order and is spelt correctly as they will be copied exactly. Please take note that due to the nature of the wood used in some of our products, the items may differ slightly from the photographs, knots in the wood are a natural occurrence and will not be accepted as a fault, we will never print over knots. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to differing screen resolutions, however we try to make sure the photographs are a true representation.

Due to the personalised nature of these products they cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or is printed incorrectly (this will not be accepted if the buyer has made the mistake so please double check!)

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. If you are requiring an order prioritising please send a conversation prior to ordering and allow us to respond. Christmas orders may be a little later than this due to demand so please ensure orders are placed with plenty of time.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the shipping process, all our UK items are sent by Royal Mail second class and may be required to sign for. You also have the option to upgrade postage to next day- this is subject to the usual processing time unless previously communicated. International items are sent Royal Mail Airmail and are subject to customs. We do not hold responsibility for items left uncollected

Personalised clothing
Wash clothing & aprons on a cool 30°c wash, items may fade slightly due to the dying process. Do not bleach. Do not iron over decal.

Wooden Items
Most of our wooden items are intended for decoration purposes only. They are not dishwasher safe, wipe clean where possible or hand wash in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge. Do not expose to heat. Please inspect all items before use, we will not be held accountable for any damage caused by our items.

Glass Items
They are not dishwasher safe, wipe clean where possible or hand wash in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge. Do not soak. Please inspect glass items on arrival to ensure they are not broken which could lead to injury.
