MATCHBOX DETAILS:

Custom made to order, Picture Perfect Papier matches are created by imprinting your design onto your paper of choice and then securing it with a durable adhesive around the body of each matchbox, leaving the striker pad accessible. This time-tested method allows for the vast array of paper types and colors we offer. Hand assembled, these are not the mass-produced, printed matches you would pick up in a bar or restaurant.
A manufacturer’s mark may appear on the bottom edge of Strike Matches.

PROOF:

We will message a black and white digital proof to your Etsy account after order payment is processed. You must reply with your approval, verifying that everything looks good and is spelled correctly. After we receive your approval of the proof we will move your order forward to production. A delay in your approval may delay your delivery date.

RETURN POLICY:

Picture Perfect Papier works hard to make sure that you love every product you find in our little shop! We strive for nothing short of perfection and are confident that you will love our products as much as we do! We do our best to ensure that product colors appearing on screen are true to life. However, color values may differ slightly depending on your computer monitor’s calibration. If you are unsure of color, or are hoping for exact color matching, we strongly recommend you contact us with these questions before placing your order. We take craft very seriously, foil stamping + letterpress printing our products by hand*. We promise to deliver picture perfect products free from any sort of smudging or other damage.

In the event you receive a dud, dang! We’re sorry! We ask that you contact us with a photo of the problem. In most cases, we will send you a replacement.

We will not be able to refund personalized products (i.e. something one of our designers has designed specifically for you) but are happy to refund any unopened (still in the original packaging) non-personalized merchandise shipped back to us at your own expense. Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping costs for returned merchandise. Sale or discounted merchandise is sold “as is” and is non-returnable/refundable.

*Please note that all letterpress items are printed by hand. Due to the nature of this printing process, no two items will be exactly the same. Color variations, coverage and indention may differ from item to item, making your order 100% unique which is what we love most about making picture perfect handmade goods just for YOU!
