Absolutely! If you're local or you'll be in the area, we offer pickup from our home in Embrun, ON. Send us a message and I'll set up a custom listing for you that reflects the local pickup and won't charge you shipping.

Once payment has cleared, packages are typically packed up and handed off to either Canada Post or FedEx within 3-5 business days to ship them out (Some exceptions apply - see specific listings for details)

Shipping times through Canada Post and FedEx vary based on the destination, time of year and various other factors. Here is a rough estimate of how long your package will be in the mail. Please note, these times are not guaranteed and are simply the best estimate provided by our couriers and past experience.

Ontario or Quebec - 1-4 business days
Other Canadian Provinces - 3-10 business days
United States - 3-16 business days
International Locations - 5-24 business days

If you need your order by a certain date, please message us. We may be able to offer expedited shipping options or an alternate carrier depending on the situation.

We typically ship with either Canada Post or FedEx depending on the order size, package weight and destination. However, we reserve the right to use any courier we determine is best for an order, taking any special requests into consideration as needed. For certain (mostly rural) locations, where one or more couriers either don't deliver to the location or where an Out of Standard Delivery Area surcharge is quoted for delivery, we'll reach out to the buyer to determine how best to proceed with their order. For specific shipping information regarding your order or to make a special request, just send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

If you have any questions about a product, please reach out before ordering and we can send additional photos, including size, measurement or colour comparison photos to clarify. However, if a product isn't quite right for your project, we do accept returns and exchanges. These are accepted for most orders with the exception of custom orders or items on sale. To request a return, message us on Etsy indicating which items you'd like to ship back. We'll then provide instructions on how to do so and where to send the return. Please Note: for most orders, the original shipping cost we paid to ship the order to you (this is often higher than the shipping cost collected on your order) and the return shipping will be at your expense.

We don't typically offer screws with our hardware as each project can require different types, sizes and lengths of screws. However, we are slowly adding screw options as separate items available for purchase in our shop. You can find our screw selection at:
