I will only ship items to the address provided at checkout.
Processing Times
My aim is to ship each item within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, excluding holidays. Notice will be placed in my shop announcement if there will be any delays.
Shipping
Most items are standard shipped with via the Post Office (UK) unless the buyer has requested priority shipping. Economy shipping usually takes around 1-2 weeks, and does not include tracking.
Shipping upgrades are avaliable at checkout, which include options such as priority shipping and tracking.
Items can be helped up in customs, and all customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Due to my schedule, I am only able to make simple changes to an order, such as a size adjustment, e.g if you would like a crown to make for a child.
Wearing your adornments
My crowns are made to fit 22" heads, but if you need a different measurement or would like a crown to be split and ribbons added just let me know and I would be happy to accommodate you free of charge! All my crowns are fully adjustable if made with vine wire as this can be molded to your head shape.
Hair combs, clips, pins etc are adornments are work best as an addition to your hairstyle. I recommend pinning your hairstyle in place first, then adorn with your cute new hair accessories.
Care instructions
I love crafting each item to be as secure and long lasting as possible. Treated with proper care, your new hair accessory can last for a long time.
