It is important to send your text exactly as you want it printed, as I do not write or edit text.

►Step 3 : REVIEW & APPROVE YOUR FILE
• Following receipt of your payment and event/card details, I will upload your file to ETSY within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for download, review and approval.
• Your purchase allows you 2 revisions. Revisions after these two rounds are available at a cost of $5 per revision.
Revised proofs are sent within 1 business day.

►Step 4: PRINT
When the file meets your approval, it is all set to print at your local print shop, online printer, or print with your home printer.

►Please specify in your NOTES TO SELLER if you’d like:
• An 8.5x11 file with (2) 5x7 files per page (for print at Staples, Kinkos, etc.)
• a single 5x7 file (for print as a photo at Walgreens, walmart, Costco, mpix)
• If you’ll be printing at an online print shop requiring a bleed area added to the dimensions (Mpix, Costco Greetings, etc.), or if you’ll be printing at Vistaprint, please include where you’ll be printing in your NOTES TO SELLER so that I can size the file accordingly.
Making changes to the size/dimensions after approval of your file will result in a $3 print formatting fee.
PLEASE NOTE: The appearance of colors may vary from monitor to monitor and from monitor to printer, A TEST PRINT AND PROOF ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Phones are NOT a reliable source for viewing or printing files.

► I keep files for approximately 3 weeks per my shop policies before discarding them. Please be certain all revisions are made within 3 weeks of purchase.
