My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
All items will be insured when shipped. Please save all of the packaging and the shipping box if the item arrives damaged. Take pictures of the damage and file a claim by going to:
https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
You will receive a letter in the mail from USPS in a few days asking you to bring the item, packaging and their letter to your nearest post office for inspection.

Shipping Methods and Rates
