HOW TO ORDER
Once you have filled your cart, go to checkout you will see a little section called "Notes to Seller” that is the area you indicate all the specifics for your order, like names.
MISTAKES WITH YOUR ORDER
We are human and do make mistakes. All you have to do is send us a quick message and we PROMISE to have a new item in the mail to you as soon as possible, no cost to you!
Please send us a message via Etsy and include the following information:

Please note we only offer customer service via Etsy and you must reach out to us via Etsy messages in order for your issue to be resolved.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
All of our drinkware items are top rack dishwasher safe.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE
If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, you will need to contact your local post office for assistance. Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages or USPS issues.
