I am very sorry, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please be sure before you buy - double check all your measurements etc, ask about anything you may need clarification on, or for extra measurements (although hopefully I have included them all!).

Please do keep in mind that the measurements I give are the MAXIMUM garment, not body, measurements and that you will need a little room for comfort and ease of movement.

Be aware that colours can vary between screens - I NEVER ever change anything (colour, contrast, brightness etc) on my pictures; I only ever crop them.

I am happy to reserve items. If no date is discussed beforehand, then I will reserve for up to 7 days.

Sometimes I am contacted by somebody who is interested in buying an item, but they don't have the money at the moment, and would like - for instance - to wait until their payday to buy it. So I reserve the item for them until they are ready to pay.
Most of the time I reserve for 7 days only if no date is discussed, but I prefer to reserve an item for no longer than 14 days for new buyers. I am happy to wait longer for those who have bought from me previously.

I do prefer not to do layaways, but I am always willing to work with you. I would prefer to keep layaways to a short duration, like one month if possible though.

I am always happy to have a haggle and negotiate on prices, especially for bulk orders, and with previous buyers.
And I will have occasional sales and discount codes.
I prefer that people come to me with an offer, for example " Would you accept £xx for this dress?" with a thank you, rather than just saying "can I have a discount code?" - it makes the world of difference! Believe me!

I tend to only have two shipping days a week and they are either Monday or Tuesday and Friday. I have to get the parcels ready the day before to take to work with me on those days, so if you order an item on a Friday it will go out at the beginning of the next week.
