1 out of 5 starsTheft. I never received this and was charged for it. This was a gift for a special person and it was ruined. What’s the point of ordering something when it’s never going to happen? This was a complete waste of my time and money. Now I look like an idiot because I was waiting for this present. It was the perfect gift. Now just a sour taste in my mouth. I tried reaching out multiple times and did not hear back. I googled the company and they only have an email. I emailed them and did not hear back. Trash service. Never ordering from this app again either.

1 out of 5 starsI want to say this review is not about poor quality or behavior from the seller, I am writing it because I think something is wrong with the seller and I wanted to let others know that you shouldn't make purchases from this shop right now. I have bought many necklaces from her for years with no problems, but since late July I do not think she is responding to any messages or sending out any orders. Etsy refunded my purchase that was never sent (made in late July), but I assume something is the matter with the seller and hope everything is okay with her and her business because this is definitely not normal behavior from her as she is very professional and consistent in my experience. I hope her and her family are okay and that she can come back soon.

I got a notice to expect delivery between August 10 and 29. On August 23, I contacted Shirlee L through Etsy and asked about the status of my order. Shirlee L did not respond. I contacted Shirlee L again through Etsy on August 28. Shirlee L did not respond.
