My handbag is working in process. I spun the yarn from natural colour, organic and virgin tops in Bendigo. -

Q: I also live in Melbourne, can I get pickup option, as I want to save the shipping charge?
A: Yes, pickup option is avavailable for customers closeby Laverton, Hoppers Crossing and Werribee.
I can also deliver the parcels to Flinders Street and Melbourne Central on weekdays, at 6:00PM.

Q: Do I take custom/bespoke orders?
A: Yes, I do, but limited. Please feel free to shoot me a message, as I can try to arrange to make your requests. Depending on the material availability, human resources and timing, your orders will be confirmed before your purchase procesed.
Care instructions
Q: How to clean the plushes?
A: On each plush, mobile, scraves and hat, there is a tag with full care instructions for your convenience.
As I have put my feet on your shoes when making these toys and I could feel your fustration when trying to remove the dust or stain, I used different materials which can resist dust and stain and easy to keep clean. Most of my plush dolls can be machine washable with mild detergent (I use my shampoo to wash it). I hope this would help you to retain you toys at its best for years.
Custom and personalized orders
Q: Do you take wholesale orders?
A: Yes, I do. Please send me a message and tell me what you would like after. At the moment, I am supplying for one mothers&babies shop and two gift and collectable shops in Melbourne.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your item will be packed with a transparent cellophane, and then tied with matching ribbons. This wrapping will be put in a study box.
