You will be sent one at random from the penguins seen in the photographs.
(Ribbon will be either gold/silver or red depending on availability)
Please note their are two tones of red one brighter and one darker you will be sent either depending on availability.

These happy penguin Christmas decorations have been handmade by me here in my studio right in the middle of picturesque Cornwall.

They have visited my kiln many times to create the final product each firing taking around 12 hours.
They are made from hand cut sheet glass and various forms of glass including enamel.
They are then finished off with coloured copper wire and pretty ribbon so are ready to hang on the tree in their new homes.

As all items in my shop are already made up and ready to send out custom orders or requests to personalise an already listed item will have to be individually made to order just for you.

This will mean that the processing time will increase along with the cost of the item as if the glass colours you require are not available then I will need to order them in especially to complete your art. This can often take between 3/7days.

There will often be a waiting list for commissions so please order in plenty of time so you are not disappointed as bespoke work can take up to 2/4 weeks depending on availability of glass and if I have a time slot.

If item has been damaged in the post customer will be required to send message with photographs of the item immediately alerting me of the situation.
Once damage is assessed if salvageable item is to be sent back to me in the same condition as seen in the photographs. (Wrapped as it was on opening - to avoid further damage)

I will refund shipping back to customer once item received in same condition and proof of postage has been sent via photograph.

This must be done within 7 working days.
On items return I will attempt to either fix damage and send it back again or refund in
full.

I have bought several things from this lovely seller and the quality of her items are superb. She also goes the extra mile to package them beautifully in a box and includes an additional net gift bag. Even though the items were a present for someone else, opening the package when it arrived felt special. I can highly recommend anything from this seller.
