Coordinating fonts are used (where applicable) for envelope printing. Proofs of envelopes are not sent unless requested by the buyer. Black ink only for envelope printing.

TIMELINE FOR CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
The first round of proofs will be electronically delivered within 48 hours of receiving customization details for the invitation set. The proofing time will vary per customer based on the number of rounds of proofs required and the promptness of the customer to respond to the proofs.

After all proofs are approved, the time to ship completed suites will be 3-5 business days. Shipping is by US Postal Service Priority Mail with insurance and tracking provided to the customer. Shipping time is estimated to be 2-3 days for most addresses but could take longer depending on the US Postal Service. Priority Mail shipping times are not guaranteed and it is the customer's responsibility to track their product.

If a customer orders items to be used on the day of the wedding (for example, programs, menus, table numbers, etc) and the details of the items are not known at the time of ordering invitations, proofing and payment for only these Day of Wedding items can be delayed until the details are provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide all details at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the wedding. LollieJ Wedding and Stationery Design is not responsible for items arriving late.

Designs can be customized to various events, not only the ones shown in the example. You may submit the details to the designer via filling out the personalization box prior to adding the item to your cart.

However, items shower invitations cannot be converted to a Wedding Invitation or Save the Date. If you would like to purchase the design for a Wedding Invitation or Save the Date, I only sell these in printed formats. Please reach out to the shop for a quote on the conversion price.

Most designs cannot do a color change to the illustrations. You can reach out and inquire if your specific design can be changed. Also check out the rest of my shop for other colorways as often there are other options available.

Absolutely! After purchase of all orders requiring personalization, an electronic proof is sent to the buyer via Etsy Conversation within 48 hours of ordering. For Digital Files where an "18 hour proof" is purchased, those items will be fulfilled in expedited timing. Please see listing photos for an image of the timeline.

Proofs will be sent by Etsy Conversation for proof approval. If a response is not received in a timely manner, this may necessitate delay of shipment. Please remember to check your Etsy Conversations in your Etsy account frequently if you have placed an order. It is also helpful to turn on mobile notifications for Etsy to be alerted as soon as a Conversation has been sent.

Digital files are finalized after written approval. Printed items take 2-3 business days to print after approval is received (Saturday and Sunday do not count). Standard (free) shipping is by USPS ground advantage. These transit times are not guaranteed but delivery is generally in 2-14 business days. Refunds are not available for late deliveries. Shipping can be upgraded during check out to 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight for the additional fees specified.
