CARE:
Hand wash with cold water & hang to dry. If you must iron, BE SURE to place a piece of fabric over top. DO NOT LET THE IRON DIRECTLY TOUCH THE NAME!

Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location we rely on the mail carriers to deliver the packages in a timely manner. Delays can always happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given for missing packages in the mail as this is out of our control.
