We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas 2023 with standard shipping options, please contact us for upgrade options.
These are estimated delivery dates are based on typical shipping times.
Delivery companies no longer guarantee delivery timescales, so if EXPEDITED shipping states that it will be 3 business days, please note that if could be longer.
Delays are common due to insufficient manpower, limited transport resources and bad weather events.
Refunds are NOT issued for package delays. Delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED.
📷 ORDERS THAT REQUIRE PHOTOS
Orders that require photos or customer input has to be given to us straight after order by messaging the shop, please DO NOT email to shop address on your order as that is not monitored. If we don't receive the required information before the ship date we will send a non personalized version of the order.
⚠️ WRONG ADDRESS
PLEASE double-check your address! If it is wrong, message us ASAP to correct it. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address. If the address is wrong you may have to pay 50% plus shipping to get it reshipped.
🚫 DEFECTIVE/BROKEN/INCORRECT ITEMS
Please let us know if there is a problem with your item. We will refund or replace it. We first need a photo of the flawed or incorrect item. Then we will print a new one right away.

Custom and personalized orders
We offer customization on most products, just contact us to let us know what you require.
On the listings that require you to approve the design make sure you monitor your messages on Etsy to approve of the design quickly so we can get it in production quickly.
If we do not hear from you after 72 hours we will send the design off to the printers print.
Gift wrapping and packaging
As we use a manufacturer to print our designs we cannot offer a gift wrapping or gift messaging service however in a few cases we can include a short message in the address field on the packaging. Please send us a message if you require this.
Processing and Shipping Times
As our products are made to order the PROCESSING time is the time required to make the order and SHIPPING times is how long it takes to get delivered once it is handed over to the shipper.
Processing times and shipping times are listed on each product page, these are all listed in business days.
Can I Upgrade the shipping?
Some products such as mugs can be upgraded to priority shipping for an extra fee, if ordering other products please contact us to see if we are able to upgrade the shipping.
Shipping times: (NOT GUARANTEED)
- First Class Shipping - approx transit time of 3-8 business days
- Priority Shipping (Insured) - approx transit time of 2-5 business days
* Shipping times could maybe be longer as shipping companies no longer guarantee shipping times, we CANNOT refund on delayed shipping
Returns & Cancellations
All my items are made to order. You are unable to cancel an order as once it has been processed with our manufacturer we are unable to cancel the order.
As we use a production partner to help us fulfil orders we do not receive any undelivered packages, any reshipping due to an incorrect address will require customer to pay 50% of the order.
Please note: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with photos if there is a problem with your item.
Can I change the address after I order?
We prefer to cancel and you to re-order with the correct address to avoid any confusion. If you cannot do this and you want an address change make sure you get confirmation from the Seller that they have seen the address change if not the customer is required to pay 50% of the order to get it sent to the correct address.
