IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRANSIT TIMES FROM APRIL 2020+
The current worldwide Covid-19 pandemic has affected the work of almost all universal posts companies, air shipping and customs (if you're ordering from outside the EU). Considerable delays can and are most likely in the transit time. It affects everyone and everywhere, so please realize this before ordering and understand that this will likely happen to your package.

The items in my shop will be shipped, carefully packaged, after receipt of payment, by registered with tracking number or normal mail depending on item. Delivery will be made by the buyer’s country national posts company (your country universal posts company). Beware that some countries will not provide real time updates of tracking numbers from portuguese posts (notably United States of America US Posts, Canadian Posts and Australian Posts). Also universal postal regulations suggest that post companies should provide tracking information to customers but they're not obliged to do so. If this is important to you please contact me before ordering.

Some items are ready to ship and this will be done in 1-3 business days.
Personalized or custom items please always check processing time in the item page or contact me for details before ordering. These items cannot be refunded once produced or shipped.

Usual transit time for packages is 2 to 4 business days to Portugal and Spain, 4 to 8 business days to European Union, 5 to 15 business days for other countries (if the item goes through customs there can be further delays). Transit times are just indicative. Also they can suffer long delays during Christmas (which lasts from October to January with peak at December) or other busy seasons. Orders can take 45 days to reach customer during these seasons. Once the package is shipped is up to my and the customer country's post companies to deal with the shipping and delivery. Due to the way universal posts work it's impossible for me to have any control over delays, delivery dates and times, delivery ways or any possible constrains along the transit time. It's particularly important to accept that if you're located outside the EU the package will have to pass by customs, even if it's not selected for inspection and will not pay taxes; this can add a long delay to transit time, and can be a lot longer too during busy seasons. If the package is too big to fit in your postal box and there's no one at the address to receive it, it's probable you'll have to pick it later from a local post office or similar pick up shop that handles that service locally for your country's universal posts company.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any taxes due by the items that they ordered. You should have prior knowledge about this as it's your responsibility to know how your country's customs fees can apply or not to the items you bought.

Shipping will always be done to the address on the Etsy invoice. If you need a different you'll have to request a cancellation and make a new order with the correct one. I'm not responsible for address errors.
