· Limited Editing Can Be Done on A Mobile Phone or Tablet.
· Add, Delete or Move Text Around
· Change the Text Color and Size
· Graphics or layout cannot be changed, only the text can be changed.

►► Printing Your Files
· Save As PDF to Print at Home or Office Supply Store. Two 5” X 7” Invitations Will Print on an 8.5” X 11” Sheet of Card Stock.
· Save As JPG to Print Like A Photo at A Photo Lab Like MPIX, Shutterfly Or Walgreens.
(Please note that a 5x7 will not work for Vista Print and Overnight prints you will need to purchase from the link above where NOLA Lou Lou will edit, send proof, and adjust sizing for these printing companies)
· Print as many Invitations as you would like. Remember to Edit and Download your invitation within 60 days of purchasing. Once you have downloaded the edited invitation to your computer you can print as many as you would like.

Colors may vary when printed due to how monitors and printers read colors differently.

►► Printed Invitations
· Follow the Edit Your Invitation Instructions above.
· You Will Edit Online Using Corjl.Com
· If you don't want to edit the invitation yourself include your party details in the personalization box or send them via Etsy Conversation, you will receive a proof in 48 hours or less if you go this route.
· After you have finished editing your invitation, click approve proof.
• Colors may vary when printed due to how monitors and printers read colors differently.
· Once you approve the design, NOLA Lou Lou will send the design to be professionally printed.
· NO printing will be done until you hit approve, note the time it takes you to edit and approve will impact shipping time.
· Printing and Shipping can take up to 2 to 5 business days AFTER you approve the proof.
· A tracking number via Etsy when the invitations are on the way to your doorstep.

You will not be able to go back and edit your invitation once you have hit approve.

NO REFUNDS will be provided if you do not communicate with me (i.e. not received on time, or if there are errors). It is your responsibility to approve the proof and adhere to the shop policies.

{PRINTING ERRORS THAT NEED TO BE COMMUNICATED AND THAT NOLA LOU LOU WILL TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION FOR PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND}

Please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide a photograph showing the error in your print. Printing errors are a case by case review.

- We DO NOT reprint orders free of charge due to design errors/edits missed by the client.
- We DO NOT reprint orders due to pixelated photos, or color changes to photos when printed. While we do our best to ensure that photos will look great at press CMKY colors can vary when printed (especially purples, magentas, and blues). Make sure the photo you are printing is high resolution 300 dpi or higher to help avoid photo printing errors. Or simple just ask me prior to ordering if I think the photo will work!
- We DO NOT reprint orders free of charge because you forgot to include something on the order, additional fees will apply.

Once we have submitted your order for printing, we are unable to cancel the printing order/process to make edits to your design. Please make sure to double check that the details on your design are correct PRIOR to giving your final design approval. RECYCLED: 110# Smooth finish and 100% PCW paper. Recycled paper is an eco-friendly paper choice because it is re-made from used paper (post consumer waste - pcw) that has been re-purposed at a recycling facility. Similar to the stock paper.

STOCK: Premium 110# cover stock paper is acid free, providing superior archival quality. With a bright white smooth finish, it shows off bold contrast in color, crisp text, and a clean background.

All printed invitations include a design for the back of the invitation. If you wish to see this before printing please just let me know. Designs typically match the main background on the invite or can be seen in the listing photo. I do include my Logo and a link to my site on the back as my customers are the only way that I can promote NOLA Lou Lou, continue to grow, and keep creating new designs that keep NOLA Lou Lou open for business!

If you purchase a digital file the turn around time is 24 to 48 hours upon purchase to receive a proof. Once the proof is approved you will receive an email containing the files within 24 hours (upon approval of proof not purchase). There will be a shipping date on your order only because I have the digital file listed with the printed orders.

If you are choosing to have a NOLA Lou Lou design printed by NOLA Lou Lou you will receive a proof within 24 to 48 hours upon purchase. Once the proof is approved NOLA Lou Lou will submit the file to our partner printing company. The printed product will be shipped from our printing company with in 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided upon request.

If you have purchased a Sign, Party Decor, or any Downloadable File you will need to first log onto a computer (the Etsy App does not support this feature). Go to Etsy's homepage, click you, go down to purchase and review. You will then be redirected to a page where you can see all of your Etsy Purchases. Go down to the order from NOLA Lou Lou, on the right hand side you will see "download files."

The listings are currently set to the standard 5x7 but if you would like a different size please just note this in the buyers comment box.

Please note if you are printing a digital file various printing companies require the dimensions and/or resolution to be set differently than standard size. Example, Vista Print requires a 5x7 to have the dimensions set at 4.61x7.17 and a resolution of 800 dpi or higher, whereas MPIX is more industry standard with dimensions set at 5x7 and resolution set at 300 dpi. All of NOLA Lou Lou invitations are set at industry standard and NOLA Lou Lou has no control over what printing companies set as their standards. At checkout state the printing company you intend to use so uploading is quick an easy.

Please note that work on designs will not begin until I have received notification that payment has been made and gone through. I also need to received all correct information to complete your order.At the time of purchase, provide all customization information in the notes to seller box when checking out. If I do not receive the information needed to customize designs, it will cause a delay in turn around time.

Please note the printable digital version of the invitations or cards are not an EDITABLE file. Design is only editable by NOLA Lou Lou. NOLA Lou Lou does the customization for you. Files will be EMAILED to you.

I do my best to respond to messages and emails within a 24 hour period. I do most of my communication via Etsy Conversation, however, if we are working together and I do not hear from within a 48 hour time frame I will contact you via email (THIS IS THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDED TO ETSY). A rule of thumb, if you are waiting to receive a proof check Etsy Conversation frequently. The quicker you respond the quicker I can get your product to you.
