I ordered this "DIY KIT Wood Fall Sign". It came with the wooden blocks and fall stencils, but the instruction manual it came with was for a holiday design, not the fall design, and the paints they sent were red and black... obviously not the colors you would use for a Fall design. The kit was unusable. I had also sent a note when I purchased asking if they could just let me know if the package would be delivered within a week (because it was supposed to be a birthday present) and I never got a response, and the package did not come in time.

Hi Alison and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we never received a direct message from you about any issue you have listed above. If needing an item by a certain time frame we advise our customers to message us directly, not add a note as we process lots of orders daily and a note on an order is sometimes overlooked. As for the kit itself, the instructions that came with your kit are the instructions that are sent with every mini sign kit we send out. You will find that the instructions are generic and work for all of our sets of mini painted wood sign kits. The paint that was sent in your kit would have been orange, black, and white. Not red and black. We are human so mistakes do happen but I assure you that no red paint was sent in your kit and you most definitely were sent three paints and not two.
