Etsy sends the file as soon as payment clears, for some payment methods, this takes a little longer. It will be sent to the email you used to create an account on etsy. You can also check the status of your digital file delivery in your etsy account. In the upper left corner of etsy.com, click YOU > PURCHASES & REVIEWS > and then find the item your purchased. You will be able to check the status of the payment and click " Download files" if they are ready for you.

Happy to help! On a Mac, you can simply double click the .zip file to expand it. On other systems, you right-click the file and select "unzip contents". That will create a new folder next to the original .zip file bearing the same name. Your files are in that folder!

I can't offer substitutions on digital files because the files for a kit are all delivered automatically through Etsy's instant download service. I do have a listing where you may purchase a single à la carte file. Just search "à la carte" on my shop.
