As I have it stated in many listings, sometimes our suppliers don't stock some materials. It's unrealistic to expect all materials/patterns will always be available. I will always do my best to replace the missing fabric with the closest one possible without breaking the original style.

Q: Do photo props I can see in your photographs come with the product?

A: Extra items that can be seen in some of my photographs are only photo props, and they don't come with the product that is being advertised. What you will get inside the package, is what's being advertised under the listing's description. Props purpose is purely aesthetic, just like Mexican hat in this listing:

I need 2-5 days per product to make it. If you ordered 3 items, it might take up to 6 days to create them. It's all 100% handmade here in house, nothing is being outsourced, and I take great care not to rush through any steps of my production process. I work on my orders in the order of receiving them. I ship on Mondays and Thursdays, whichever comes first after the product(s) completion, and I use USPS 1st Class Standard shipping In most cases packages inside USA get delivered in 5-10 business days, regardless of the state/territory. That being said, USPS is not part of my business, and they work under their own schedule. There is always many factors that can affect timely delivery, so plan your events/ordering accordingly please.

I don't offer refunds on late deliveries. That's why I ask every customer about their party dates, so I can cancel the order if needed. I can't guarantee for USPS, no one can. It's totally not my fault if they don't deliver on time, parties should be planned ahead so there is enough time for the delivery part. We sellers don't deliver these goods ourselves, we use third party postal services, and 100% depend on them. There are many factors which can affect timely delivery such as sudden bad weather, holidays, strikes, etc.

No refunds on refusal to accept the package. Once delivery was attempted and customer deliberately refused to pick it up, that's it. All my products are custom, made to order. Re-selling in most cases is not an option.

No materials used in my products are health concern. My products are for kids and to be used around kids. I don't even use glue like many other artists do. Glue contains chemicals, and even though it takes way longer to make products the way I make mine (everything is securely stitched), I still do it that way. That's why my products are 100% unique.

You can also easily remove twines yourself. Optionally, you can always leave a "Note to Seller" to exclude jute strings. If I receive that message, I won't include them.

In order to avoid a lot of back and forth (time is money for everybody), I always advise all my customers to let me know about every single little thing they want to customize. Colors, shapes, ask questions about available materials/fabric. Good communication is crucial in this online business. After I make my custom listings, I always put all those customization information inside the product description, so please check them all before clicking PURCHASE button. Once my custom order products are completed and closed (sewed in) it is very difficult to do any changes afterwards without completely dismantling the finished product and starting from scratch (unless it's very minor change of course). So, please double-check product description.

Of course, that's why they are called Tooth Fairy Pillows. I always include pockets in all my Tooth Fairy Pillows unless it's specified differently. My pockets are not plain and regular, they don't look like ordinary boring pockets. I always try to perfectly incorporate them into each pillow's theme, so sometimes they are in the shape of Sun, sometimes in the shape of rock, a tree stump, a heart, or even a sheriff's badge. They are always there.

No, all my items in my shop are unique and one of a kind. My plan is to keep my shop 100% unique. I have huge selection of all kinds of characters, objects, felt cutouts, and there is something for everybody. My characters might not look appealing as some super famous super heroes from your favorite TV show, but they are mine, 100% unique and original.

I don't do themes copyrighted by other authors. I respect their hard work and effort just like I expect others to respect my products and ideas.

Custom orders are customized for a person who ordered it, and it's very unlikely someone else would buy that specific item, so it's almost impossible to sell it again. I've spent my time and materials on the item that was made specifically for you. Also, the time I used to make that product, took the time to work on other projects lined up. I deal with large amounts of shipments weekly, 30-50 and I still manage them flawlessly. I accept cancellations but only 1 hour after the order was placed. Any cancellation after that period, will be charged 25% of the full amount paid for the product/shipping. If you simply changed your party theme, I have over 900 unique products available in my shop, so there is definitely something for everyone :)

Some designs are already pretty busy, and originally do not come with name. There is physically no room where to add it. I cut all my cutouts old fashioned way, hands and scissors, no cutting machines involved. In order to fit name in this design, letters must be small. Small letters never look too good. Felt is made of microfibers, and it tends to rip if it's cut to too small pieces, especially when I have to stitch them. I don't use glue, every single felt cutout is being securely stitched. Sometimes customers don't respond to my emails, and in case they forgot to leave the name inside the "Note to Seller" at the checkout, I can't include the name. Product will come without the name included.

It is absolutely not permitted to copy and reproduce any of my designs/products, without my permission. Every single product is copyrighted by House of Laylayt, and Mariana Z. It is literally thousands and thousands hours of my hard work, dedication, love and effort. After numerous years of investing in this shop, working days and nights, weekends and holidays, I made a good living out of this idea. I only ask everyone to recognize that and respect that.

Like many other Etsy shop owners, I am unable to start working on any orders until full payment has been received. I also work on my orders in the order of receiving them. That is the only fair to all my customers, so placing your order sooner, will secure your queue in the line.
