The processing of your order is 1-3 business days, Mon-Fri. If you are needing a banner sooner than stated, please contact me before you buy to make sure I can get it out to you on time. Leave the date you are needing it by in the NOTES TO SELLER section at checkout so I am aware!

During the holiday season, my processing time can extend to 3-5 business days due to high volume of orders. Please consider this when purchasing.

Shipping through USPS is as follows:

USPS First Class (2-5 business days)

Priority (1-3 business days)

Express Shipping (1-2 days depending on area)

Transit time is not a guarantee. Unknown circumstances can delay a package so always keep that in mind when ordering.
If you are in a bind, I can get the package out in a timely manner but it is up to you to choose the shipping option.

I do not accept returns of a purchased banner. If it comes after your party date, I am not able to accept it back.

Please consider on when it can arrive via the estimates above and choosing the appropriate shipping option. I will always send out a package within a timely manner.

I cannot accept exchanges as each order is MADE TO ORDER. If you wish to have a different banner than what arrived, you will need to reorder another product. I can offer discounts, if needed.

If "I" made a mistake (forgot a letter, sent the wrong banner, color, etc) or you are unhappy with your purchase because of something I did, please message me so we can resolve the issue at hand.

I do not send replacements for any other reason than the above mentioned.

MAKE SURE the address you listed is the address used by USPS. (how I send my packages)
I cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses.

If you don't receive your package and I've sent it out in a timely manner/you chose an appropriate shipping option, contact USPS with your tracking number and they will further assist you about your package.

If your package says delivered but you did not receive it, contact your local post office with your tracking number to get assistance. If it cannot be located you will need to file a MAIL NOT RECEIVED Complaint Form through USPS.

If these situations occur, I do not refund based on USPS error, but I can work with you to help you get a repurchased item in the mail so you can have it for your event.

All of my letters are between 4-10 inches tall. My decals will vary but within this measurement, as well. The length of my banners vary from 3-8' depending on the phrasing.

The letters are separate on each banner; they are NOT one word attached.

DIY means that I provide the letters and string and you assemble it.
Prestrung is where I send it completely strung for you.
All of my packages come with instructions for both of these options.

The decals that I offer are usually shown as the last pages on the browseable pictures on each listing. These are decals I offer but I can make almost any image into a decal for a custom fee. Just ask!

Yes, you can request a change to your order. However, I try to be very prompt in sending my orders out within 1 or 2 days. If you need to change something to your order, it needs to be within 3 hrs of your purchase unless okayed by me.

No. You cannot add or substitute any words in an actual listing. All prices are set to the listings that are shown. For example: you order a "merry christmas" banner and want a name added, you will be charged a custom fee for the extra word. You must order a custom banner listing if you do not see a set listing that you want or a "custom" fee WILL be at an extra cost to you.

Set listings are already made up and ready to go. Custom banners take extra time for artwork and material to make. However, if you compare my "custom" prices to anyone else, I am either cheaper or at about the same.
