It is a family hotel on the fifth floor of a building. The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to Termini rail way station. It is easy to get to every topic in Rome. The room was clean. Michaela and her mother Pina are very kind and helpful.

Michela, the landlord, is really very nice person. Very supportive. I arrived quite earlier, and she allowed me to do check in. I had the similar situation with check out, and left the hotel later than it had to be. Cleanness of the room was one of best thing I found. And she took care for that on daily basis. In general, you have everything in place ( good bathroom, electric teapot with tea etc. The location is very close to the train station ( up to 200 meters), but its is quite calm with good restaurants. So, it was easy to get a train to go airport and get the hotel from the airport by train. Many places I visited by walking. There are also tour buses departing from train station area, and i found this useful as in addition to walking this can one more option preventing using taxi. Finally, you can be always supported by Michela in case you need any advice/or help.

Właścicielka Michaela bardzo pomocna, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Wyjaśniła bardzo dokladnie check in, pomogła w zamówieniu taxowki. W pokoju czusciutko. Sprzątane codziennie. Mega wygodne łóżka, pachcnąca pościel, wywietrzony pokój.

La propriétaire Michela était au petit soin, très souriante et à l'écoute, elle nous a attendu jusqu'à 1 h du matin à cause du retard de l'atterissage , surprise d'un petit déjeuner dans un café très conviviale,la proximité de l'hôtel par rapport aux moyens de transport est un avantage des plus importants, la propreté du sanitaire et de la chambre impeccable. Je recommande vivement Très bon rapport qualité prix👍

L’emplacement près de la gare Roma Termini L’ascenseur car les chambres sont au 5eme étage Nous n’avions que deux jours pour faire du tourisme, la chambre était assez confortable pour faire nos heures de sommeil!
