How should I care for the items I create with the hand dyed yarn?
We recommend hand wash in cold water and that you lay the finished item flat to dry for best results.
I would like to purchase a wholesale order or work with you on an upcoming project, how do I do this?
We welcome wholesale orders, please send us a direct message or an email to: sassystringsyarnstudio@gmail.com so we can discuss how best we can assist you.
What if I am local to Airdrie, Alberta and would like to pick up my order?
We are happy to help you save on shipping costs. Please either use the the coupon code: LOCAL to remove shipping costs on checkout. Once your order is packages I will send you a message to arrange pick up.
Custom and personalised orders
As with all hand dyed yarn there will be slight variances in the yarn. For larger projects that may require more than one skein of yarn it is highly recommended you purchase more than you think you will need. When working on projects requiring more than one skein of hand dyed yarn it is also recommended that in order to prevent colour blocking you alternate between more than one skein of yarn every 2 to 3 rows.
If you would like a larger quantity than what is available in the shop please send us a message we are more than happy to dye that up for you!
I purchased a pattern and changed my mind, can I return it?
Patterns are non-refundable. If you are having trouble with the pattern please contact us at sassystringsyarnstudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Is Sassy Strings Yarn Studio pet friendly?
As this is an at home dye studio there is a slight chance of some dog fur sneaking into yarn. Every effort is made to keep our furry friend away from the yarn it can sneak it's way in there no matter how hard one tries.
