Please be aware that if a specific color or shade is not specified I will choose the color. For example, if you order pink, the color will be light or dark based on my judgement. Please also be aware that that certain colors like blue, pink, and purple etc. can very greatly in shade, especially when you are ordering larger quantities. Small batches are made in one batch and are usually uniform. However large orders are made in multiple batches, so you may receive several shades of your color choice. This is not an option, certain colors, like blue can be very difficult to work with, and shades will vary from batch to batch.
Please be aware that some colors can be affected by the flavoring you choose. For example, yellow-cherry can be darker

• You will receive an automated e-mail once your order has shipped. IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE AND RETRIEVE IT THE DAY IF DELIVERY, and in hot temperatures, the hour of delivery.

• PLEASE NOTE: Since the USPS does not guarantee delivery within 2-5 day time frame, I don't either. In the event that your order is delayed by the carrier, and does not make it in time for your event, there will be NO refunds,
shop credit, etc.

•I have a minimum 2 week processing time for orders. Shipping generally takes 2-3 additional days. If you need your order sooner you can purchase the Rush My Order listing along with your order, and they will be made ship out sooner. The shipping setting on my listings is set to allow 10-12

Please note that my candies are processed in a kitchen that indirectly comes in contact with nuts, spices, wheat and eggs.

My lollipops are handmade and contain no preservatives. They are best within 2-3 weeks. My turn around time is (7-14 days) after order is placed for small orders. On orders larger than 12 (2-3 weeks) in advance from the need by date. If you are in a rush for your order a $10.00 Rush fee can be purchased at check out. This does not pay for expedited shipping it just keeps me working overtime. Please specify details in the note section. Please let me know exactly what you want and the date you need it by. Please check your Etsy messages after you place an order. I may have questions about your order or ship date. We need to communicate to assure we know exactly what you want.

All products are delicate and fragile and are packaged with great care and effort to avoid breakage. However in the unlikely event that damage occurs while in transit MySpanishRose is not responsible for lost, damaged or late products or products delivered to the wrong address. Please contact me the day your order arrives so we can work on a solution. Your satisfaction is my number one concern. Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail with up to 50.00 per package it will be up to buyer to submit claim to USPS. If your order is time sensitive it is recommended that you purchase USPS Priority Mail Express service which provides overnight delivery with limited exceptions. Ask me and I can provide a quote and custom listing for you.

Refunds

Due to the edible nature of my products there will be no refunds or exchanges. MySpanishRose reserves the right to cancel any order if the need arises. Once you have purchased from MySpanishRose you have agreed to these terms.

Shipping Mishaps

If wrong address is provided at check out buyer is responsible for cost of package being returned. Please check your address and be sure it's the correct one.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders

At this time I do not offer bulk and wholesale prices on large orders. All the candy is made in small made to order batches. It cost me the same whether I make one or one thousand lollipops therefore I'm not able to give a discount.

We are now offering a new option for gift wrapping as an extra charge for $2.00 you can choose to gift wrap your package. This option must be purchased extra, from my shop.

I've shipped many of orders here on Etsy through all seasons with great success. IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE AND RETRIEVE IT THE DAY OF DELIVERY, or the moment of delivery. Even an overnight delay in a hot climate can make a difference. MySpanishRose is not responsible for the possible melting of the lollipops, candies or jewels that have been left sitting in hot mail boxes or outdoors in hot weather due to the neglect of recipient. Or if the package is delayed. I send tracking information to you with every order and it's up to you to track and retrieve the package on day of delivery. If you contact me the DAY OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY, I will try to work with you concerning any possible melting.

Lollipops do not come tied with ribbon, as pictured. You must purchase the extra option in my store for ribbon. Please specify the requested color in the comments section.
