Instant download files can be accessed once payment has cleared and can be downloaded as many times as you need.

1. Go to You (in the top right corner of Etsy home page)
2. Select Purchases and Reviews from the drop-down menu
3. Locate your order from IndigoBearDesign and click the blue button 'Download Files'

When you purchase an EDITABLE template please follow the instructions below:

1. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Free download: https://get.adobe.com/reader

2. Open the template using Adobe Reader on your computer. Please avoid using browser reader, a tablet or smart phone.

3. Highlighted text is EDITABLE
You may edit the font type, style, size or color, line-spacing alignment and more!
Open “Form Field Text Properties” bar:
PC users, press [Ctrl+E]
Mac users, press [Command+E]
More options available by clicking the “More…” button

1. Open the file in Adobe Reader
2. Adjust print settings to
“Actual size / Custom scale 100% / Do not scale” and not "Fit to page".
3. Use plain, uncut card stock.
4. Trim along the indicated cut lines.

For the Editable PDF templates the fonts that are used in the listing previews are embedded in file and therefore there is no need to install fonts. However feel free to change the font to another one that you have on your computer.

Please check the thumbnail image of each listing. Text highlighted in BLUE in the image is editable. Note that the positioning of the editable area (box) and graphics are locked in place and cannot be moved.

Some templates are non-editable. Please read listing details and see thumbnail images for details.

Please make sure that:
- You are opening the template on the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader ONLY.
- You are not opening templates on your internet browser or any other software other than Acrobat Reader.
- You are not trying to edit on your smart phone or tablet.
