All prices are in Sterling Pound and are excluded of VAT and shipping costs. PASiNGA is a freelance photographer and designer, not VAT registered.

If you order from outside the EU, please keep in mind that some countries charge custom fees or taxes. These charges and taxes will be paid by the customer. PASiNGA may have to complete additional documentation or request additional information. PASiNGA reserves the right to change its prices and manifest errors are non-binding.

|| Delivery
Items are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days. Shipping takes place to the address you have provided during check out. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding your shipping information.
Shipping services usually booked are by the Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce and UPS are are usually signed for and / or trackable. Express services are available upon request.

Estimated delivery times with standard shipping:
UK: 1-3 business days
Europe: 5 -10 business days
USA: 8-15 business days
Rest of the World: 10-25 business days

|| Shipping Fees
All prices are exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping charges are added during check out to the order and to be paid by the customer. These charges are calculated by weight and/or dimensions of the parcel.

The Custom Declaration CN22 or CN23 will be filled in for international orders.
When shipping internationally custom fees [Customs Charges, Taxes, Additional Postal Fees] may apply when your package arrives. The buyer is responsible for any of those fees.

|| Items Not Collected
PASiNGA cannot be held responsible for parcels not received or collected. In case parcels are not collected, they will be sent back to PASiNGA. PASiNGA is not responsible for items shipped back and PASiNGA will have to charge the customer for sending the package a second time if a parcel has not been received or collected on the first shipping. Forced returns will not be refunded.

|| Creations
Each piece is individually handcrafted and therefore features minor variations from item to item.
For concrete creations these minor variations include voids, cracks and the shade of grey. The size and design of each piece will be substantially the same as pictured and described within each listing.

All PASiNGA creations are artistic and decorative items. Although sometimes playful they are NOT toys and should be kept away from small children.

||Pictures and Description in the PASiNGA Store
All pictures, images and description displayed in the PASiNGA Etsy Store are the intellectual property of PASiNGA, Antje Nixdorf. These pictures and images CAN NOT be used or copied without prior written agreement, nor can they be used for other purposes. All such rights are reserved.
An exception is given when PASiNGA as source of any such material is mentioned and a link to this shop or to www.pasinga.com is provided.

|| Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be addressed by the parties through informal dispute resolution procedures conducted in good faith. PASiNGA will try to do everything to resolve any disputes when they first arise.

Information Collected
Is being carried out and may be shared to provide you with your purchased goods and service, to fulfil your order, e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you or within a discussion of bespoke design work.
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, postal address, details of the item that you’re ordering during checkout.
Your bank details / card details and information required to process payment are being processed and securely cared for by the third parties PayPal and Esty Payment Account provider. Those services are dedicated to provide a secure payment process and have their own terms which you are asked to check when using either of those payment methods.
Even though Etsy may collects your email address and / or phone number but it is not being forwarded to PASiNGA. Please forward your Etsy mail / Etsy convo to your normal email or check back regularly for updates on your order to enjoy the full service.
You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information [for custom or bespoke works or delivery arrangements, for example], if you contact me directly via Email; Etsy mail / convo.

Why Is Your Information Needed & How Is It Used
The legal base to collect, use, and share your information includes:

The Length Of The Time Your Personal Information Is Kept
Your personal information is only retained for as long as necessary to provide you with services and as described within the privacy policy. However, it may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligation, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. In order to fulfil your order Etsy must provide me with your address and ordered details. The information used to progress and fulfil your order is outlined within this policy.
