Unfortunately, all of our prints (cards and other products) are available only in the colors and size shown on the photographs in each of the listings. Just like purchasing greeting cards from any brick and mortar store, all of our cards are professionally pre-printed to ensures that each item is made with top quality papers and printing methods, at the lowest costs possible, which means that we cannot reproduce that quality or cost for single customized items.

We realize it’s disappointing that we can’t customize these in all of the many creative ways (other sizes, other colors, other phrases/sayings) we get requests for, but we are using that time to bring you other great products and designs that you will hopefully also love!

If you've already placed an order and need to change your shipping address, we can usually update your address BEFORE your order goes out (before you receive a shipping confirmation email). Just send us a message with your new address and we will try to get that updated. In some cases, especially if the new address is a far distance from the original provided, a small shipping payment adjustment may be needed to compensate for the new postage cost.

If your order has already been shipped to the original address you provided and we receive it back as a 'return to sender', we will refund your order for the total amount of product ordered, minus the shipping costs you paid for your order. There are no additional restocking fees or return fees
