Are you NEW to Etsy? There are a couple important things you need to know. First and most importantly, Etsy is how I communicate with you about your order. Every once in a while I may have a question about your order, your shipping address, or something else, and I need to be able to get in contact with you. If after 2 attempts and 5 days pass and I still can't get a response from you, I will have to cancel your order and reimburse you. I am unable to hold off on making or shipping items due to the scheduled ship dates.
Just a heads up, although this business is my full-time job, I tend to try and take a day or two on the weekends to handle other aspects of life, including my two small children. I will always do my very best to respond to messages quickly but if you message me on the weekend or evenings, I may not return the message until the next working day. My business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.
