We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments. All items must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.

We will ship all orders within 2-5 days of receipt of payment, Items will be posted using standard Royal Mail services, unless you select a postage upgrade.

You will be given the option to upgrade your purchase to a tracked and signed for service at checkout. We strongly suggest for higher value items or items that you want to be able to track or for a certain date (ie Christmas), that you choose this option as we are unable to track standard postage.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS....
Please bear in mind that postage during the months of November and December can take considerably longer that those advertised by the mail delivery companies and take this into consideration when ordering, especially for items being delivered outwith the UK.
Please consider upgrading your postage to a tracked service so that you can see how your delivery is progressing.
Post from the UK to the USA, Canada etc can take up to four weeks (and longer!) during the festive season, unfortunately we can not guarantee delivery overseas in time for Christmas.

If you wish your item for a specific date please get in touch before you order so we can choose the best postage solution for you, this may result in additional postage costs.

Unfortunately we can not guarantee that items will arrive within the time we estimate, many things need to be taken into consideration that are outwith our contol such as delayed customs, inclement weather, postal strikes etc. If you think your order has taken too long to arrive please contact us as soon as you can so we can look into it for you.

Missing post....very rarely do my packages go missing, in ten years only 1 or two have been undelivered and returned to me. I always suggest you check with neighbours or at your local post office if your item hasn't arrived...I will do my best to make sure you receive it! And if it does finally turn up, please let me know as this affects my ability to claim for any undelivered mail.
