We greatly appreciate your business and understand that there are situations where expedited manufacturing is necessary to meet tight deadlines. We want to ensure a transparent and fair process for all our valued clients.
Lately, we have experienced a higher volume of requests for expedited manufacturing, and we want to bring to your attention the impact it has on our team. Expedited orders require additional resources and often necessitate late-night work, which can affect our personal lives and family time. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, and to accommodate these urgent requests, we have established fixed expedited charges that reflect the extra effort and resources involved.
Please know that these expedited charges are set and non-negotiable. We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration when and how you're making such requests.
We would also need to remind our clients that once you've chosen your items and completed your purchase, we process it immediately, and that's why we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. We take every order seriously and once an order is placed it goes straight to printers/laser, and requiring changes can be tricky due to our streamlined manufacturing process. Therefore we want to ensure you're aware that cancellation requests will be blocked from our account as of September 1st, 2023.

Frequently asked questions
I haven´t received my order yet, what should I do?
Delivery times depends on the type of shipping you paid. We do our best to ship your orders within a short time, so the rest is in the post office hands. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks please contact us. Lost packages or packages arriving late won´t be refunded (depending on the item we offer a free replacement, not all apply).
Production Time
Our production time takes varies for each item. Please see the product description to get a better idea. We can rush orders for a fee, just send us a message to check our schedule.
If you need the order for an event, please send us the date required by and your location (city, country and zipcode) before placing the order, and we will let you know if you´ll get the order on time.
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for me to design, assemble, and package your item(s) before it is ready to be shipped.
Return and Exchanges
All items are made to order, which means that each item is custom made just for you! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom, made to order items.
Please carefully read all listing descriptions, as well as send me a message if you have any additional questions BEFORE placing an order.
Refunds will also not be issued if your order does not arrive in time for your event date. If your event is coming up soon, please contact me BEFORE placing an order to see if delivery is possible by your event date or a shipping upgrade is needed.
Cancellations
Once you submit your order, I we will NOT cancel your order for any reason; no exceptions. Please make sure that you have read our cancellation policy BEFORE submitting your order. And feel free to message us ahead of time with any questions that you may have :)
Lost and Damaged Packages
It is rare, but it can happen that a package is lost in transit by the mail delivery system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please contact me within 24-hours, as well as send me a photo of the item and packaging so that we can work together to come to a solution on a case-to-case basis. I strive to provide excellent customer service and I always want to make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase.
Replacements
We can help you to get a replacement as soon as a claim has been put through on the carriers website first so they can cover the replacement expense
