All orders are final once payment is received. I do not accept cancellations once orders have been made unless in an absolute emergency so please be sure that you are 100% sure about your order before placing. Please message me if you have any problems with your order.

All UK orders will be sent out as SECOND CLASS signed for postage after payment has cleared and your order is completed. I am currently posting twice per week but have added an upgrade to FIRST CLASS signed for incase you need an item quicker.

International orders will be sent out as a standard package with proof of postage only and no tracking number (I will add the barcode from your customs label on your order as etsy requires a tracking numbereven when the customer only pays gor standard shipping)

There is now an option when checking out to upgrade to international tracked mail. This option comes with a tracking number. I cannot offer tracked shipping as standard outside of the UK as it costs 3 times as much as standard international mail. Please consider upgrading to tracked if you live outside of the UK so you will receive a tracking number, especially if you order over £20 worth of products.

I will not be held accountable for any customs charges for overseas orders. This is also true for EU customers now after brexit, please check your countries customs information before ordering.

PLEASE NOTE THE STORE IS UK BASED, ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE WITH YOU. THIS CAN BE ANYTHING UP TO 1-8 WEEKS. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL 6 WEEKS HAS PASSED BEFORE CONTACTING ME ABOUT YOUR ORDER AS IT COULD STILL ARRIVE AFTER THIS. PLEASE NOTE ALL OF MY JEWELLERY IS COSTUME JEWELLERY MADE FROM PLATED ALLOY METALS. I DO BUY LEAD AND NICKEL FREE LISTED SUPPLIES BUT I CANNOT GUARANTEE NONE REACTION PIECES. I USE THE BEST SUPPLIES I CAN FIND FOR THE SMALL PRICES I CHARGE.
