HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on the shipping address.
- Production time: 3-5 business days.
- Your order will be shipped via UPS carrier and arrive approximately within:
*2-3 business days to the USA, Canada
*4-6 business days to Europe and other locations
Please note that delays due to customs control, holidays, and other such reasons are out of our control. We cannot be held liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays in your country, extra fees incurred by customs, and back-end charges incurred.
CAN I GET EXPRESS PRODUCTION / SHIPPING?
No. We are doing our best to produce all orders as fast as possible. Our only shipping partner is UPS and we always use the fastest available shipping option.
Let us know if your order is urgent. We will try to speed up the production if it is possible at that moment. Please check your e-mail regularly to confirm layout model to enable us to process your order as soon as possible.
CAN I GET DISCOUNT IF I ORDER 3 PIECES OR MORE?
Yes, if we send them all to the same address. Please send a message and ask for discount and we will send you a discount code.
CAN THE ENGRAVING BE DONE IN OTHER LANGUAGE THAN ENGLISH?
Yes. We can add any text in any language. If your language is not supported by our font, we will find a replacement font to make it work. Layout model will be provided before production.
DO YOU PROVIDE LAYOUT MODEL BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Yes, always. We will send you a layout model to your e-mail address within one business day. In some cases we will send more than one option to choose from. If you want to make any changes in the layout model, please feel free to share your suggestions and we will try to fulfill them. We will wait for your response 24 hours before we start production. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we will start the production and proceed with layout model which was sent to your e-mail. If you have received several layout options and we do not hear from you within 24 hours, the final choice is going to be upon ourselves.
CAN YOU MAKE DIFFERENT SIZE / SHAPE / PICTURE / COLOR THAN SHOWN IN LISTING OPTIONS?
We produce the products ourselves, so we can make changes to the products. Some changes are easy to make and we might apply them without any extra charge. However, others are time-consuming and technically difficult, so we can refuse to apply them. Please send us a message and we will see what we can do.
