Custom and personalized orders
-In some cases I require payment in full before I start the custom order project.
-Please provide some photo references like the front and the back side of your pets.
-Customized items are non returnable.
Care instructions
Porcelain items - Very durable but breakable, please place or keep them in a safe place. They can be cleaned by washing with soap.
Resin items - Please avoid excessive exposure to direct sunlight as resin gets yellow (yellowing will be accelerated with exposure to UV light).

When available, I can show you the photos of the current charms or items in my shop.
