5 out of 5 starsLove love how this pattern turned out! Pros: this can be a pillowcase pattern for smaller children because so little fabric is required and is an excellent beginner pattern! This pattern is also easy to modify and play around with (we added bow ties in the back instead of the elastic) Cons: pattern directions were a little vague, hard to understand, or follow in some places, and the fluff deco was hard (for a newbie) to sew in. And even though we did the longer length option its still short so youll definately have to add more length if your looking for shin length. But i would 100% recommend for the price, this is an excellent purchase!

There are a few points which were a bit confusing to a novice (me) but if you read the instructions (I didn’t. I had a beer and had my husband who reads instructions help) it is surprisingly easy and turns out great. My daughter is now in love with her Maribel dress.

I've been eyeing this pattern for a while. I was nervous cutting the fabric as everything seemed overly large. It turned out great, however, I needed to add some to the length.
