5 out of 5 starsThis is such an awesome creation for my toddlers playroom. Absolutely worth every penny! Seems very sturdy and good quality too. Assembly tip: Have 1 person prep the assembly and pop the wooden dowels into the hexagons per the directions, and lightly twist the screws in to get them started, and the 2nd person come behind who can just drill all the screws in and not have to worry about figuring out the assembly instructions.

Product is beautiful, appropriately challenging for my kids and very exciting and engaging for them. They run to our play space specifically for this! Highly recommend. We did the second from largest for reference

Sometimes when mistakes are made etc, it's the customer service that follows that makes for 5 star service. Big thanks, my daughter loves it 😊

Parcel Return Guidelines (Client Responsibilities):
Ensure accurate parcel details are provided.
Include a photo of the returned item for assessment.
Disassemble the product prior to packing it.
Use an original box for packing the goods. The box is mandatory on return.
Share precise parcel dimensions and any specific handling instructions with the seller. Providing incorrect information may result in return service delays or extra charges.
Print and affix the shipping label supplied by the seller onto the package.
Confirm the possibility of a pickup based on the customer's delivery country, and communicate this with the seller.

Clients returning fully assembled items should be aware that due to the larger package size, an additional fee may be levied

Order Preparation
The time we need to prepare an order for delivery is 1 - 8 business days. We do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
BEAR IN MIND that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends, Saturdays, and Sundays!
REMEMBER: production and shipment are two completely different processes. Each process has its own term.

Shipping & Delivery time & Delays
It takes at least 8-18 business days for a package to arrive in the USA, 8-18 business days for a package to arrive in Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia - 14-25 business days.
Delivery term to all other countries 8-18 business days.
It should also be borne in mind that international traffic is unpredictable and delays are possible at customs. For international orders, after the parcel has left Ukraine, it becomes the subject of your local post office.
Please note that we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, and Brazil. All orders made to these countries will be canceled. Thanks for understanding :)
Shipping Information, Returns and Exchanges
Please pay special attention to the spelling of the details of the order. I am not responsible for errors in the order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling errors or incorrectly mentioned addresses.
Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable unless it is due to our mistake.
Shipping costs are not refundable for refused or undeliverable packages.
In case the items are in a good state but you still want to return or exchange them, the buyer is responsible for the direct and return shipping costs.
If you return the parcel, a refund will be made only after confirmation that items were received by postal service. In case of an exchange of goods, I will send you a replacement just after you return the parcel to the postal service.
Buyer Responsibility during Shipping
We are fully responsible for our products, shipping, and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product.
Therefore, there is no cause for concern.
Care instructions
We bring to your attention general useful tips on Waldorf furniture care:
- Dust should be removed from the furniture surface with a dry soft cloth (microfiber, suede, flannel) or special panicles.
- Do not use scrapers or hard-brushed sponges - they leave small scratches.
- Periodically wipe the surface with special antistatic agents.
- Remove dirt with soap and water, followed by dry wiping. Alternatively, wet wipes can be used.
- In no case should you use aggressive cleaning agents (containing chlorine, chemicals, solvents). No cleaning with abrasive detergents (e.g. soda).
- Never should you leave the items outside. They are all meant for indoor use only.
Do I need to pay customs tax?
Please NOTE because it is furniture and has big sizes of the box, and a high weight of the package, you will have to pay customs and import taxes.
The amount of taxes depends on your country and its laws. We cannot influence them.
There is no need to pay the customs tax upon reception of the items if you are from:
The USA, Australia, EU-member country, the UK.
But please note that the taxes may be applied at checkout by Etsy for EU countries and the USA on behalf of the seller.
For all other countries, taxes upon reception may apply.

Discount difference compensation
Compensation for the difference between old and new purchase prices for the items is available only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Additional payments and fees
As Etsy does not provide the possibility to list all the remote delivery areas of the US, the general delivery cost will be applied.
In this case, we may ask you to pay additionally to deliver to the remote areas.
The cost of additional payment depends on the order (its size and weight) and the area it is to be delivered to, and the rates of the delivery company.
Thus, in each separate case, the additional payment amount will be different, and we will inform you about it in private messages.
