Full Length White Tutu Dress on No Roll Elastic with a white ribbon halter top. Embellished with a Black Felt cute ghost face.

We hand make each tutu when you order. We fit as much tulle as we can so your tutu is extra full and stunning.

We highly recommend sending us measurements of the recipient so that we can give you a custom fit.
Please send the following measurements:
-Measurement around chest (circumference where the elastic falls)
-Length from chest to floor

Shipping Note: These dresses are folded and shipping in a poly mailing bag to make shipping as cheap as possible for out customers. When you receive your item take out of bag and hang on a hanger. Any wrinkles should easily be shaken out.

This dress is adorable. It's perfect for babies who are walking, but if your kiddo is still sitting pretty I would suggest it only for photos as it does engulf them a bit when sitting down, haha. It also looks cute over a long sleeve onesie if the weather is a bit cooler-- so pretty versatile!
