LaylaBug Design – I specialize in children’s clothing that has been inspired by my little love bugs. I do custom orders for birthday's, trips to Disneyland/Disneyworld, Cheer, Dance, and many more.

Production Time:
I work Monday-Friday, filling orders, and my current production time is about 3 days. This is the time is takes for me to get your little one’s garment designed and ready to ship. This is pretty generous, and I can turn around more quickly if needed.

Sizing:
Measurements on size charts within the Shop cannot be guaranteed. They are meant to serve as a guided but Seller/Shop Owner cannot be responsible for accuracy of measurements.

Shipping:
Once production is complete, your item is packaged with love and care and sent out via USPS First Class Mail (unless another delivery method has been requested). I will do my part to ensure that your item is completed and dropped off at the Post Office. Once dropped off, you will receive an email from Etsy (and me!) letting you know that your item is on its way to you, along with a tracking code. Once your item has been tendered to USPS, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed items and I cannot guarantee that the estimates provided by USPS are accurate.

Customization:
I can customize any item to your liking! If you have a vision for an item, I would be thrilled to work with you to bring that vision to light. Some of my favorite orders have been custom ones, where the buyer and I worked together to make something truly unique and special. I am happy to create custom order for large groups (dance teams, family reunions, etc) and offer a discounted rate; please message me for more details!

Return Policy:
Please ensure that you are familiar and OK with the my return policy prior to placing an order. Returns on custom orders (this includes orders with name customization) cannot be accepted. If you are requesting an exchange on a non-customized item, please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping fees on returning the incorrect/unwanted item, as well as the shipping fees on the replacement item.
