Shop policies
We specialize in wedding garments, historically accurate or period-inspired clothing and corsetry, but welcome enquiries and orders for anything else. We are a costumiers, corsetieres, tailors, seamstresses and dressmakers all rolled in to one.
Every client is completely unique - we enjoy working to your specifications and love opportunities to use our artisitic license. Every item is a journey, it is up to you whther you want to follow a traditional path or fill in the map as you go.
Institut observe and create trends, especially for areas sadly lacking in attention, such as alternative clothing for Mums-To-Be and has experience designing elegant clothing for clients whose bodies do not conform to 'average' High Street shapes and sizes, so for a friendly, professional service from an experienced team, look no further.
All corsets are handmade by one corsetiere, no production line, mass manufacturing or imported corsetry, just loving hard work!
