These earthy brown prep bowls are really unique, they have a rustic look and feel, they are very handy with many uses! perfect for herbs, dips. etc. These make great stocking stuffers and hostess gifts.

These bowls were hand thrown and trimmed on my potter's wheel using a rich specked stoneware clay. They were then bisque fired and painted on the inside with a gorgeous brown glaze that allows the black speckles of the stoneware to come through. The outside was left unglazed to show the beautiful raw stone feel of the clay. They were then fired to cone 6 in my electric kiln.

Approximate size: 1-1.5" high and 3.5 -4" across the top (each bowl varies slightly in shape and size).

Food Safe, Dishwasher Safe.

*Due to the handmade nature of these bowls, each one will vary slightly in size and shape. The glazes will all vary from piece to piece have different shades of speckled brown. Each batch of these bowls will vary in size due to the fact that each is hand thrown. If you need larger sets to match each other please contact me about creating a custom order.
