Shipping Policies:

Orders will be delivered to the address given when purchasing, so please make sure it’s up to date. If you use PayPal, check that address too as they need to match. I can take no responsibility for non-delivery if you have given me an incorrect address.

It is your responsibility to make sure your postal service has a safe place to leave your orders. Shipping includes delivery of your order in appropriate packaging to ensure your items arrive safe and sound.

International Orders:

***Please check with your country’s customs authority before ordering as any import duties, taxes, and charges including VAT are your (the purchaser’s) responsibility.

I will send orders out after your payment has cleared. International orders usually take 2/3 weeks, but can take up to 6/8 weeks or more to arrive depending on your location, time of year, and local postal services.

For Example:
VAT (Value Added Tax). In the UK, it is typically 20% + 8£ for goods valued 15£ and up. However, Royal Mail usually leaves a notice on the customer’s door stating the customer needs to come and pay this fee to collect their parcel.

***Attention International Customers!!!

At checkout, Etsy has included the following verbiage: "VAT/GST included (where applicable)” to ALL seller listings. This populates under the final sale price in the shopping cart. Etsy’s intent is to notify buyers that it is “applicable” for the SELLER TO COLLECT THESE TAXES (which US sellers DO NOT). This has created a great amount of confusion for the buyers. I am sorry if you were under the impression it had already been charged, but it has NOT. It will be collected in your county of origin upon package pickup. Please direct any comments/concerns you may have about this wording to Etsy.
