Don't fret! I do my best to package items with plenty of cushion and support but sometimes accidents do happen. If your purchase arrives broken, you have a few options:
1. If you're comfortable, you can super glue the broken piece back on yourself.
2. I can resculpt the piece for you and send you a new one. In order for me to do this, you must contact me within 3 days of when you receive your package, send me pictures of the broken sculpture, and return the broken figurine (you pay shipping) with a valid tracking number before I will begin a resculpt.
~As a last result, you can ship the broken figure back to me (you pay shipping) and I will issue a full refund upon my receipt of the product.

I gladly accept custom order requests. If you would like a certain dragon, unicorn, griffin, or other mythical creature made exactly as you envision it, please start a custom order request and we will get started!

Figurines are generally about 2-2.5 inches at their tallest or longest.

While polymer clay is generally durable, it is fragile. Little pieces like horns can snap off if it is dropped. Please be gentle with your figurine. The clay is water resistant but keep out of direct liquids and sunlight to avoid fading colors. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel your order before it's shipped, please send me a message within 24 hours of purchasing and I will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Any attempt to cancel or receive a refund after that 24 hour mark will not be issued.

All items are packaged using extreme care. The figurine is wrapped in cotton, then secured in bubble wrap. The box is then stuffed with more bubble wrap and packing peanuts to give plenty of cushion during the ride to the sculpture's new home. If you would like special packing or a personalized note in the package, please let me know and I'd be happy to do so!

Each custom order is unique and therefore has it's own unique price. For full size sculptures (not ornaments or anything smaller), I use a base price of $50. Each upgrade adds at least $5 to the total cost. Upgrades include extras such as handpainting, pearl ex powder, swarovski crystals, flowers, armor, or any additional details that aren't on a basic figurine.

Example: A dragon with armor and pearl ex shimmer would add up to $60, shipped within the U.S. (50+5+5)
