I make my items out of hand selected pieces of leather. Most of my items are crafted out of veggie tanned leather or bridle leather. Both of those leathers are resilient and handle abuse / use well. Veggie tan will patina with age and if you would like a richer colored piece of leather I suggest leaving it in sunlight to speed up the process.

Leather is very pliable when wet so if you decide to swim with your leather item please let it dry before you tug on it. Just lay it flat and leave it be, it is surprising what leather can survive.
To clean smaller marks off bridle or veggie tanned leather you can use a pencil eraser very lightly to remove the marking most times.

= Paint or Stain Ready Wood =
Wood that comes ready to accept paint or stain is not sealed so be careful when you handle it. Greasy fingerprints can leave oil in the wood and impact how it takes paint. The wood does not need sanding and is ready for you to use any paint or stain on it.

All products here are made in Minnesota, USA by myself or from time to time a family member will assist.

If you are ordering a custom order and have a particular sizing you need please include that in your request as it will be required to provide an accurate quote.

We are happy to arrange wholesale pricing. The discount received is based on the amount of items ordered, the more items ordered the greater the discount. Please contact us for details, depending on your order size we will provide you with a quote and for you to consider and which will include the shipping cost.

The minimum order size for a wholesale purchase is at least 20 bookmarks, mouse pads, key chains, signs or other finished products. Wholesale on crafting supplies requires at least 30 items being purchased for a discount.

We welcome custom leather and wood crafting orders. In the past we have completed wholesale orders as well as orders for custom bookmark designs and custom baby mobiles. The price for your custom will depend on what you are ordering, discounts are given when your order reaches a wholesale level.

To request a custom order please either message us through our Etsy shop page or email us at Ravenkingcrafts@gmail.com. Payment is required before we start production.

Custom orders will also include a quote for the cost of shipping. When requesting a custom please be aware that time will be required to make and ship your order. We will provide you a timeline quote in addition to the cost if it will be anything outside of the 1-3 business days.

Leather is robust and will last a lot longer than thinner woods and papers. The engraved images are laser engraved which it burns into the leather and will not wash off or peel off.

The leather can be stained or painted so try to not leave it where fresh ink or paint might be spilled on it. You can wipe some items off if you catch it right away.

Leather can be warped if you leave it in water for a prolonged period and then twist or pull it hard. If you bookmark gets a little we just lay it flat until it dries. Unlike paper it will not dissolve.
