Do You Offer Refunds?

We don’t. No refunds if your items have been "downloaded." Please read the listings carefully to make sure you are purchasing the correct size (if applicable).

Since our items are delivered digitally, I cannot undo a download delivery. It is also difficult to ascertain whether an item has been printed yet. Therefore, I cannot offer you refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, do contact me. I will try my best to resolve your dissatisfaction.

Do You Provide Technical Support?

We don’t. We do not provide technical support for printers, software or computers.

How Do I Download The Files?

Do You Offer Custom Designs?


Rarely. If approached with a design idea that has general appeal, I’ll typically add it to the shop and charge between $3 - $7 (our standard digital file price). If you’re looking for a design that is very specific (without general appeal) feel free to ask, but I typically turn down those requests.

Do You Deliver Any Of Your Products?

Since all products are digital prints delivered instantly, there is NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT to be shipped.
