If you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from me that is not a custom order or digital download, please contact me within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds are given for the merchandise purchase only, I do not refund the cost of shipping to you. Additionally you are responsible for return shipping cost and sending me the tracking number. I will refund the purchase price as soon as I have the item returned and in its original state.


Custom orders and digital downloads can't be returned or exchanged.

Domestic:
* USPS First Class Package Services (Light weight items - shipping times vary)
* USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping - expect delays during holiday season)
* USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-9 day shipping)

International:
* USPS First Class International Package Service (Light weight items - shipping times vary)
* USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days - expect delays during holiday season)

Please select your shipping preference from the drop down menu at check out. Shipping for multiple items will be combined and any over charges refunded.

I am happy to combine items to save you money on shipping charges. Shipping overcharges greater than $2 will be refunded.

Insurance does not cover package theft. It is your responsibility as a buyer to verify your shipping address and ensure that location is secure. I don't require a signature upon delivery except for very large purchases as most people find this inconvenient. Please understand that as a seller I can't be held responsible for what happens to your package after I drop it off at the post office. The only exception is if your package is lost by the post office I will file an insurance claim. You will be reimbursed after 30 days, this is how long it takes the insurance company to complete their investigation.

It is very unlikely but if your item is damaged during shipping please don't throw out the item or packaging. Per USPS requirements you will need to take the damaged item and packaging to your local post office to file an insurance claim.

No new custom orders at this time. Everything you see in my shop is ready to ship. If you are looking for a last minute gift I can send it to you very quickly. Please contact me if you have any questions about items in the shop.

If you provide a wrong address, unless it returns to me, I do not refund. If the item is returned to me, I refund minus shipping. Please check your address at checkout. Please understand I have no way of knowing what your address is and can only ship to what you provide.
