Processing of your order is 1-3 business days- Monday thru Friday (Not Including Saturday & Sunday). If you need the banner sooner, please contact me prior to purchasing the banner to make sure I will be able to ship it out sooner. Please leave a date for when the party is in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout so that the order is shipped in a timely manner.

The following lists the transit time with USPS:

The transit time is not guaranteed. Weather and unforeseen circumstances will delay the packages so please keep that in mind prior to ordering.

The material that is used for banners is card stock. The color chart may appear different depending on your screen resolution.

Returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders are NOT accepted. If there is an error on my part or if you are unhappy with the condition of your order, please message me to resolve the issue.



The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

If when tracking your package it seems lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they'll assist about your lost package.

If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they'll assist you from there. If the item can't be located, please file a Mail Not Received Complaint Form.

If either of these situations occurs and it seems your package cannot be located, please contact me. I do not refund due to USPS error.

Sales/use tax will be charged at checkout

Insurance for Standard Shipping is available at checkout.

Coverage provided is for all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit. Coverage is on a package-by-package basis

-All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.

-During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient

Exclusion:
1.Loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel or freight and its contents which is addressed incorrectly
