Delivery
Due to the COVID-19 situation there may be delays for orders shipped via post office. For this reason, we would recommend for jewelry to choose upgrade shipping(DHL Express 1-4 days delivery).
All items are handmade to order so feel free to contact us in order to inform you about the time we would need to make the one you wish.
All orders are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope.
We ship via DHL Express worldwide
When your order is shipped, Etsy will send an email to the address connected with your Etsy account with your delivery confirmation number.
We cannot guarantee a delivery date due to Customs, however, DHL would take 1-5 business days.
Orders are not insured. If you would prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage, please let me know and request insured shipping and we will set up a reserve listing for the balance.
We are not responsible for items being held at customs for any reasons & for items lost, damaged or delay in post.
We will post the items to your Etsy address unless otherwise requested.
