I gave it a 4 because I really was not aware it was plastic instead of glass for the picture frame. I really am not a fan of plastic for the price of the product. Over a great frame though and good work on the engraving. I would highly recommend if you do not mind plastic instead of glass.

Glass is usually supplied with these frames. There was a supply issue with my distributor. They were out for a number of months. I apologize for the inconvenience. Enjoy.
